Opening Ceremony
We were invited by GARENA to produce the visual content for the event presentation displayed on the main LED screen.
The project consisted of approximately 15 minutes of content, delivered at an extremely high resolution of nearly 18K, requiring a high level of technical precision and visual consistency.
We were responsible for all visuals starting from the opening of the presentation, at the moment when Orion enters the stage.
Our scope covered the entire creative and production pipeline — from concept development to final render, including design, styleframes, and both 2D and 3D animation — ensuring a powerful and immersive visual experience for the event.
Below, we will break down the event content into acts, just as we did during the project with the client!
ACT 1
The purpose of Act 1 was to introduce the moment when Orion appears on stage.
As Orion enters, a battle unfolds against his enemies, and our goal was to ensure that the LED screen content remained fully synchronized with the fight choreography and the band’s music, enhancing the impact of the performance.
ACT 2
During Act 2, the band JKT48 took the stage.
The core premise remained the same: to align the LED screen content with the band’s performance. In this act, the visuals leaned more heavily into video-based content, unfolding a short narrative that complemented the live show.
ACT 3
During Act 3, the event featured a live performance by a musical group rooted in Jakarta’s cultural heritage.
At this stage, we worked extensively with cultural design elements, while keeping the live event presentation as the central focus of the visuals.
This act culminated in the reveal of the trophy and the entrance of the teams into the arena.
